upgraded to win 7. kept my old files including program files on drive d. need my old bookmarks
during my win 7 custom installation I kept a copy of my old files on the Vista operating system on the D drive. How can I copy my old bookmarks into the new firefox under win 7?

You need to find the old profile folder which is not in programs files.
First make sure that you have set Windows to show hidden files - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html
Search your D drive for a file called places.sqlite, there will be a copy of that file in the old profile folder. Once you have found the old profile folder, you can copy the necessary data files to your current profile folder.
