The organize bookmarks tab is missing from the bookmarks toolbar

The organize bookmark tab is missing from the bookmarks toolbar for Firefox 4. That tab was on previous versions. What happened to it?

"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the Firefox 4 beta versions.

Thanks. I was afraid that if I clicked that, it would open all my bookmarks. They could have worded it better. "Organize Bookmarks" sounds good!
