Why is Firefox 4 sooooooo slow?
Just updated to Firefox 4 and it's now running so slow. I don't like the look of it, I've lost half of the add-ons - it's awful. I'll endeavour to try and get back to the old version. Failing that then it's IE I'm afraid.

I agree, FF4 is truly dreadful. Quite clearly this is backwards progress - shameful!
Well, I've gone back to good old Firefox 3.6. - works a treat. I'll avoid 4.0 until they sort out the mess they've created with the new version. I just hope they listen to the views of users!
I backed up and re-installed 3.5 - same problem now as with v4
I agree with all of the above but with one more problem. Yahoo mail crashes and when it works it is so slow. Time to move on away from Firefox. I do not know who they are designing their web browser for. Once people leave they will never come back.
