On Amazon's MP3 page, I'm not able to listen to the MP3s directly from the site.

When I had Safari as a browser I was able to go to Amazon and listen to the MP3 samples directly from the amazon page...not with Firefox. I'm wondering if it has something to do with my application setting. I have the latest Flashplayer.

What it does, instead of playing the MP3 from the Amazon site is take me to a "download" box...then I have to click it and it plays in my Itunes. Any suggestions please?

Firefox 3.6.16 (because I'm on a G5, not an Intel-Mac) with OS X Leopard (not Snow)

I may have clicked a little hastily, I don't have the exact same problem. I can't buy amazon titles in my country (Switzerland), but I like to listen to featured samples from available albums. That is not possible on my setup, or rather: it only works when the tracks are displayed in one large player with a play button ahead of each title. In the alternative, one gets to choose between the amazon "Music sampler" or a RealPlayer link, and clicking on either one gets me a window saying that "the Realplayer plugin needed to play doesn't seem to be installed in your browser" something along those lines. Of course, I have every possible Flash plugin. Sorry to mess with this thread, a little desperation kicking in maybe... ;-)
