I am trying to view a bank statement but firefox is preventing a pop up window from opening.

I have been into tools & set up this site to be able to pop up but Firefox is still preventing the popup from opening.

What do we do now?

You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
