Using 3.6 I can see (and use) 3 deep vertical scroll bars. Upgraded to 5.0 and I can only see 2 deep vertical scroll bars so therefore cannot see part of the screen. Any ideas?

Can you attach a screenshot to clarify what you mean?

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot and make sure that you do not exceed the maximum file size (1 MB).

Looks like an issue with overflow:scroll in TBODY that is no longer supported in Firefox 4 and later versions.
