- Do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the "Site Preferences"
Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, and passwords.
I greatly appreciate your help. I will take the check mark off Site Preferences and let you know if that works. I forgot to add that I am running Windows 7 64 bit.
