I'm trying to play an mmo, when a site called jump keeps popping up and taking me out of my game? how do I block this site? I cleared my cookies, but it's still happening. I've also shut down and restarted.

-> Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes)
Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.
