Why does Firefox crash only when I'm on Yahoo?? And when it crashes, it says someone will get back to me.... BUT NO ONE HAS!!
Firefox only crashes when I am on Yahoo. It doesn't crash on any other site. And sometimes several times a day!! When it does, it says that someone from Firefox will be in touch with me... but so far no one has gotten in touch with me, and this problem has been going on for almost a month!!! Can someone please help me!!!

Can you please type about:crashes into your address bar and provide us with a few crash ID's?
How does that reply answer my question?? PLEASE ... can someone tell me why Firefox ONLY crashes when I'm on Yahoo?? And why Firefox says it will get back to me when they don't??
If you type about:crashes into your address bar and provide us with a few crash ID's we can see what is causing Firefox to crash. Then once we know what's causing Firefox to crash we can look for a solution.
I'm sorry, I don't understand what you want me to do. I don't see how doing that has anything to do with the problem I am having! My problem is very simple: when I am on Yahoo, Firefox will crash. That's the long and short of it! That's it! That's all there is to it!! It's a very simple question, which you all are turning into a very complicated problem, and only confusing me more. Now if someone on here won't answer my question, then I will just find a way to get a hold of Firefox directly myself, and see if they can help me!!!
This person is trying to help you, but needs more information. He told you how to obtain it, so why not do that? Also, what is the exact wording of the error message? I suspect that you misinterpreted its meaning.
I haven't misinterpreted anything!!! No need for you to be rude!!! I am not computer saavy, ok!! All I said was that I don't understand how what he is asking me to do, has anything to do with my question!! ... My question is very simple, and if I don't start getting help on here, I will find a way to get in touch with Firefox directly!! I just want to know why Firefox crashes only when I'm on Yahoo, and on no other sites!! Very simple question! So why am I being given complicated help??!!

I am a moderator of this forum. Please try to be little nicer to the volunteers who are only trying to help you solve your problem. I do think the first response could have been a little clearer as far as the instructions you were given, I apologize for that.
Sorry for the problems you are having with the Yahoo website, but we do need to have the crash ID's for your crash reports so that we can see what might be the problem.

Type about:crashes in the URL bar and hit Enter.
Click the hyperlinks to bring up the Crash Report pages and copy'n'paste the URL of each of those reports into the message box here. We'll see if we can help you figure out what is causing those crashes to happen.
Thank you for your help!! I'm glad someone finally explained what they want me to do!! And I was being polite to the volunteer!! I don't think telling them that they don't have to be rude to me, is being impolite. I have feelings too!!! As I said, I am not computer saavy. However, my best friend is. So I will tell him what you want me to do, and have him help me. And then I will get the info to you as soon as possible, and hopefully we can get this problem cleared up!! And again, thank you for your help!!! However, before I go, I do have one more question. How come you want me to send you the crash report pages. Firefox should already have them, because whenever a crash happens, I click on the tab that says send crash reports to Firefox. So they should already have them!!!
It is indeed strange that visiting Yahoo.com causes Firefox to crash. Yesterday I got this error code. fe545973-d08f-46e8-939c-09853356c086. Two days ago it was this one: bp-42b8ae85-5105-4cf9-abbf-ed9892110822. What's more, after restart Firefox no longer appeared but the program showed up in the task manager using a little less than 50MB of memory. It was impossible to end the process. I had to reboot.
