I understand how hard it might be to find more info about this issue but because this can be such an array of issues can you please add some more info. Such as when the issue started, can you get to google in another browser (chrome, internet explorer), are any other sites affected, have you downloaded any new programs or add-ons? also try Troubleshoot and diagnose Firefox problems
