i am not able to use anything right below the toolbar, for example on facebook i cant logout, use the home button nothing works until about 4 inches down from the toolbar
nothing works right below the toolbar unitl about 4 inches down than i am able to click on items. for example of my facebook i cant choose the logout button, i cant choose the message button. I dont think it is my computer, because i uninstalled firefox and used another internet explorer and it worked in there.

i had same issue, I uninstalled yahoo toolbar and it fixed issue, hope it works for you.
