Hi jetice- I'm marking this question a duplicate of a previously answered question:

To quote from the chosen solution, "You can use the following link to export the AOL favorites to an HTML file, you can then import that HTML file into Firefox.

To convert AOL favorites to an HTML file: http://www.linkagogo.net/go/Convert?informat=aol&outformat=netscape
