An Icon for foxyproxy and Quick-Wiki appeared suddenly in my lower right hand corner. I don't know how they got there. Went on foxyproxy to see how to get rid of it because my keys were pausing way too long, and my screen would go black for no reason. THEY said to "clear my caches and cookies", so I did. Foxyproxy is still here, and all sorts of things are going wrong with my computer. (It was fine before all of this). Worst is now I have the 'spinning rainbow ball of death", and you know that's bad news! Can you HELP?
