got a laptop, unable to get ie to work right, so I'm unable to download firefox. what do I need to do to get firefox loaded on thumb drive, then to laptop

how do you load firefox on thumb drive, to install on a very ill laptop.

Download Firefox with the computer you are using right now, and copy the installer onto a thumb drive.
