IE Tab is currently not compatible with 10.0.2:

You could try installing the Nightly Tester tools add-on to force compatibility. You could also try looking at some of the other add-ons available that have similar functions.

IE Tab uses the version of IE which is already installed on Windows PCs, it doesn't install IE. Since IE isn't available on Mac OSX and Linux platforms, the IE Tab add-ons aren't available for, or compatible with anything but Windows PCs.
