Black Menu Bar
My whole menu bar is black despite where are the menus(file,edit,etc).I`ve tried to start Mozilla in Safe mode but there is no difference. Screenshot

Is the title bar only black in Firefox or did you change that in the Personalization settings?
- Control Panel > Personalization > Window Color and Appearance
No the title bar is black everywhere the problem is that Mozilla considers the menu bar as a part of the title bar.
