If you don't know anything about your Firefox 'crashes'. You can download re-install it.

please try starting Firefox in the Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode and see if the issue reoccurs.

In addition to trying safe mode
- disable all plugins whilst in safe mode
- try with Java disabled or uninstalled ( {CAFEEFAC-0016-0000-0029-ABCDEFFEDCBA} 6.0.29 is presumably related to java use and shows up in your Crash Report)
- and ensure you have the latest version of java see also Old versions of Java have been blocked - update and unblock Java
- try creating and using a new profile
