Why aren't my add-ons showing up in the list?

Many of the add-ons I have added to Firefox through time are no longer appearing in the add-ons list. It's been so long since I tinkered with them that I can't even remember where they're supposed to be, but they're not under any of the "Get Add-Ons" "Extensions" "Appearance" "Plugins" or "User Scripts" sections. The add-ons that I can specifically remember are "LeechBlock", "Pocket", "Boomerang for Gmail", and "Firefox Reader". They're all still working, but I can't find them in the add-ons section to disable them or change the options. I installed "Fast Dial" as a test, and it seems to have installed fine, but it likewise does not show up in any of the add-ons sections.

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.

Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

New files will be created when required.

See "Corrupt extension files":

If you see disabled, not compatible, extensions in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left side of the Search Bar (or click the "Find Updates" button in older Firefox versions) to check if there is a compatibility update available.

If this hasn't helped then also try to delete the addons.sqlite file.

That did the trick! I'd seen something similar to this in another question, but it was old enough that all of the file extensions were different so I was a bit reluctant to follow the same path. Thanks for the help.
