I have it set up so that when a cookie is to be stored I have it set to :ask me everytime". Sometimes, when there a lot of cookies, there are a lot of dialog boxes on display. Most of the time I can simply click on DENY, or accept, and one-by-one the boxes disappear. Every once in a while the dialog box in front is not the active dialog box. I then have to hunt for the active one, by resizeing the front dialog boxes, or moving the firefox window. Sometimes I cant find it, so i have to kill firefox I have firefox 13, on linux/fedora.

There has to be a less frustrating way to control cookies than that. Why not default to blocking cookies and make exceptions to allow those that you need? There is an easy and convenient way to change the setting for the current page if you need to do that, by using the extension Cookie Monster.
