Here is the error in total: "The instruction at "0x7c84495d" referenced memory at "0xf94d9326". The memory could not be "read. I have tested this on several of our workstations, all with the same error.
I have started FF in Safe Mode and the error comes up. I've uninstalled it, renamed the install directory and still the error persists. I've updated the plugins to no avail. In Windows 7, this issue does not occur. Since it crashed upon exit, the Crash Recorder doesn't come up.

This can be caused by an extension (possibly with binary components) that isn't closing properly or a plugin.

You can also check for problems caused by security software that maintains a lock (handle) on specific files.
I've already started Firefox in Safemode and the same issue persists. I've also gone in and manually disabled all add-ons and againk the same issue.
Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.

Do a clean reinstall and delete the Firefox program folder before reinstalling a fresh copy of Firefox.
Download a fresh Firefox copy and save the file to the desktop.
- Firefox 17.0.x: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all.html
Uninstall your current Firefox version, if possible, to cleanup the Windows registry and settings in security software.
- Do NOT remove personal data when you uninstall your current Firefox version, because all profile folders will be removed and you will also lose your personal data like bookmarks and passwords from profiles of other Firefox versions.
Remove the Firefox program folder before installing that newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to delete the Firefox program folder to remove all the files and make sure that there are no problems with files that were leftover after uninstalling.
Your bookmarks and other profile data are stored in the Firefox Profile Folder and won't be affected by an uninstall and (re)install, but make sure that "remove personal data" is NOT selected when you uninstall Firefox.
If you keep having problems then also create a new profile.
I've already done all of these things and if all of our machines in our environment are affected by some sort of Malware, then we're all in a lot of trouble. Here is my troubleshooting information:
