I STILL can't get Identity Safe to work with Firefox

ARGGGG. Norton Toolbar does not show up in Firefox. Every time there is a Firefox update I have to go through something like this. Running the updates on Firefox and Norton Security Suite did not solve the issue (as it usually does). Identity Safe works in IE. I have Norton Security Suite from Comcast ver. 5.2.2.3 and Firefox 17.0.1 What do I try next?

OK. Stay with me. I uninstalled Norton and Constant Guard and reinstalled Norton Security Suite 20.2.0.19 Also performed an Live Update. Now I do not have Identifty Safe on either IE or Foxfire. ON IE I have instead a Norton Toolbar that has something called "Login Assistant" but it did not utilize the Identity Card I saved during the uninstall so that I would not have to re-input all that information ARGG! Meanwhile, Foxfire does not offer the Norton Utility Toolbar at all - still - and therefore there is STILL no Identity Safe. What do i try now?

An update: Repeated "Live Updates" have resulted in the Norton Toolbar finally showing up on Firefox. However, my old Identifty Safe info is gone along with any sign on my Identity Card. During the uninstall process I asked that my data be saved for the re-installation process. Can I somehow access the Identify Card information and import it into the updated version i.e. a new Card? I found the Import option but I don't know where the data might have been saved in order to retrieve it.
