Each time i type in my customer name and password to the westpac.com.au website and click on the sign in button, it looks as tho it will sign me in then deletes all the info ive provided and wont let me sign in. I rang westpac and they said it is a mozilla fault. Ive also tried signing into the westpac site using internet explorer and google chrome and they both work perfectly. So you have created this sudden fault in your mozilla programming and it needs to be fixed. What can I do to resolve it? Or do you need to rewrite your mozilla program to fix it?

Firefox works perfectly for me as a Westpac customer.

I don't understand your reference to signing in with an account name; usually you use your account number.

This shouldn't be a problem if it is working with IE or Chrome, but make sure you are signing in correctly as Personal or Business.
