Error msg when I click on a PDF file link I ".pdf could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening the file."

When I click on a link to view a PDF file, I receive the error msg: ".pdf could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening the file."

Firefox vsn 19.0.2 Adobe PDF Plug-In for Firefox and Netscape 11.0.2.0 Tools/Options/Applications/Content Type = PDF File/Action = Adobe Reader

Am able to download/view the file, but want to view in a Firefox window

When I click on a link to view a PDF file, I receive the error msg: ".pdf could not be opened, because an unknown error occurred. Try saving to disk first and then opening the file."
