Trying to download Bigpoint toolbar, but says the script isn't working
The cat stood on the laptop keyboard & I lost the little orange box in the top left hand corner. I couldn't locate it, or the tabs at the top of the page. So I reloaded FF, this is when I lost the Bigpoint toolbar
'Reset Firefox to fix the problem', I have tried this, without success. It appears to be trying to download onto laptop not onto the toolbar.
I have lost the toolbar area, so I can't even right click on the spot & reload the toolbar.

For future reference, if the menus disappear a likely cause is "full screen" mode. You and your cat can easily switch between full screen and normal view using the F11 key.
To display and hide toolbar, you should be able to use this menu:
Alt+v (to open the classic View menu) > Toolbars
or right-click a blank area of the tab bar.
But... I think the Reset removed the toolbar, so you'll have to install that first.
Thank you. That is the link that isn't working. The extension, said that is was corrupt.
