how do i make firefox startup automatically from startup on xp

firefox used to startup at time of startup and now just goes to my desktop, how can i change this

One typical method is to copy your Firefox shortcut to the Startup folder for your Windows account.

I found an article for Windows 7, and I suspect XP is very similar (minor start menu differences): http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/run-a-program-automatically-when-windows-starts

Note that there are two startup folders, one for the current user and one for all users.
