I just installed firefox, but the 2nd and 3rd steps did not present, what do I need to do?
Your instructions present a 3 step process for installation. The download apparently completed in step 1, but after that the box for step 2 did not appear and there is indication how to continue the process. Please point me in the right direction.

If you are having problems installing firefox, try the full installer.
- Download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
- Open the file downloaded and run through the regular install.
- When that is finished you have Mozilla Firefox.
