Refresh button does not always work when clicking on it.
Clicking on the refresh button to reload a page often does nothing. Sometimes repeated clicking will finally make it work and sometimes not. Help!

Is this only the case for a specific website?
Also, do f5, ctrl-r, ctrl-f5 or ctrl-shift-r work?
F5 works, yes. But it is not on just one site, it is all of the sites I write on frequently.
