You can't. That would be like closing the window.
Are you asking about not showing the Tab Bar when their is only one Tab open?

Fix the Problem:
- open about:config
- search for browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab
- change value to false
- its also working with version 26.0
- about:config in der Adresszeile eintippen und mit Enter bestätigen
- mit dem filter nach browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab suchen
- den Wert für browser.tabs.closeWindowWithLastTab auf false setzen
- Funktioniert auch mit 26.0
