Hi bbabq4, The update to 4.4 was rumored to go over the air, but I do not know for sure for where you are. I do know you can check with the Verizon support if this was pushed, however if you noticed the android version go to 4.3 or 4.4 then it was probably upgraded. I use firefox sync on my android, so my bookmarks are synced after an update. Do you use Firefox Sync? If not I highly recommend using this to save the bookmarks in another place [http://mzl.la/KpeZJw] just in case this happens again. If you have a file navigator on the phone, can you please check to see if the bookmark file was changed at the time that you noticed the update?
