href anchor tags not working
I am trying to add anchor tags into a webpage to enable us to link to specific sections of a rather long page.
I am using <a name="name"> which works in Chrome, Safari and IE, however in Firefox, it is constantly reloading the page.

Am I doing something wrong?

The tag has been coded with the following:
It looks that there is some JavaScript running on the web page that gets triggered by a hash (#) symbol in the URL in the location bar (document.location).
It works with JavaScript disabled.
