program freezes constantly

Uploaded newest 64-bit version...when opening a new email the program freezes...after awhile I can read the email...if I try to delete the email it freezes again...then it deletes an program works...

Tried reinstalling the software that did not work...

Bought a new computer and software has not worked right once!!

McFee...once the emails are opened I have no problems navigating...the program goes unresponsive every time I delete or I open a new email...after it's open no issues unless I delete...I did not have this problem with older version of Thunderbird...I do not have this problem with Outlook 13 which I'm about to switch to out of frustration...thanks

Your problem is McAfee. Please contact their product support for a fix to your anti virus program that will cause the problems to cease.
