FF28.0 Win 8: last 3 days on Facebook scrollbar (rhs screen) disappears & up/down arrows & Pgup & Pgdown keys don't respond. Only afaik with Facebook.
Went onto Facebook forums to see if anything like this noted there but nothing. However, even there the scrollbar slider had disappeared and sometimes the page up down and arrow keys ceased to operate though these latter were not consistent. Clicking the address line refresh can very briefly restore the scrollbar for a second then it goes again. Refresh can also restore key functions but typically not for long. :((

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.
