How can I change the color of the version 29 toolbar (at the top) to light blue instead of dark blue ?

To whom it may concern: How can I change the color of the version 29 toolbar (at the very top) to light blue instead of dark blue ? It's just too dark ! Some other color might also be an option.

Thanks . . . . Alan

what I did in windows XP, since I had the same problem you have. start > settings > control panel > display > appearance > color scheme as the first person suggested I chose silver.

I hope this helps  ! (my first ever contribution !!) Roberto

Hi Alan, I think what you are seeing is the standard Windows XP title bar color expanded to twice the height. That white-on-blue theme may be disturbingly vibrant. (I always preferred the Silver theme on Windows XP, but that's neither here nor there.)

Many aspects of Firefox's interface can be changed using custom style rules, or themes, or extensions. I'm not sure which are best for Windows XP, so hopefully others will jump in. I could look at XP on an old computer this evening if it isn't solved by then.

That was an easy fix because you explained it without a lot of clutter. Thank you Roberto
