Why do we have troubles at youtube? When i watch a video, it always slow. It does not load all video . To load all video, we must watch all video. why?
In watching video in youtube, Mozilla does not download all video to watch. If we want to load all video blank, we must watch all video. For example, we opened a video and go kitchen after 5 minute we come. However, the video is not loaded completely. In contrast to it, in google chrome, chrome loads all video.
And another problem :( For example, if we are at 1.05 at video (minute, second i mean) if we go back 0.50, seconds, which are between 0.50 and 1.05 got lost. Mozilla downloads again. It means unnecessary data lost...
Also, if we want to re-watch a video, mozilla again downloads video.(we must wait to watch video) it is not stored in mozilla's memory. So annoying.
Please SOLVE ALL THESE ANNOYING PROBLEMS.
In past, about 3 years ago, mozilla was very good to watch video in youtube. It did not have these problems
Thanks.

I also just noticed that if you use HTML 5 instead of Flash (either by adding &html5=1 to the video url or by installing an addon that does that automatically) Youtube videos also seem to load completely.

What version of Firefox are you using?
I found that after Firefox v29, a LOT of my settings and
add-ons were changed / reset. Try this;
Start Firefox in Safe Mode
While you are in safe mode;
Firefox Options > Advanced > General.
Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.
Then check ALL of your settings. Browser and add-ons.
While you are in safe mode, try to play a clip from Youtube.com.
Then restart.

Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Firstly, not only me, but also all people who uses Mozilla From Turkey, has same problem. In 2-3 years ago, we used to watch youtube more efficiently, we used to start a video and go somewhere 5 minute later we see that all video was loaded. BUT NOW, YOUTUBE OR MOZILLLA LOADS VIDEO NOT COMPELETELY, IF YOU ARE WATCHING VIDEO, IT LOADS, IF YOU START A VIDEO AND PAUSE, YOUTUBE OR MOZILLA ( I DONT KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE) DOES NOT FILL ALL THE BLANKS, STICK WHICH MEANS VIDEO PARTS....
SECONDLY, i use LAST firefox version. I mean, if we are at 0.50 second of some video, if we pull pack 0.30, it is still remaning seconds which are between 0.30 and 0.50, but FIREFOX shows that, if we pull back some vdieo 0.30 , we CANT see the seconds like (white stick which means part of video loaded).
For example, as you can see in those images....
http://i58.tinypic.com/2n657at.jpg
we are at 0:25
if we chose 0:35 second of video...
http://i62.tinypic.com/29qh380.jpg
the stick which are white shortens for ( dont know :) )
comparison : http://i58.tinypic.com/111pd39.png
you see?
second problem :(
http://i58.tinypic.com/2n657at.jpg
we are at 0:25
if we pull back ... 0:10 ...

also ANOTHER PROBLEM WITH IMAGES...

So? What do you recommend?
Afaik it's just a case of Google giving their own browser an advantage.
You can check that yourself. Install User Agent Switcher (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/user-agent-switcher/ ), then click on Tools->Default User Agent->Edit User Agents....->Import
enter http://techpatterns.com/downloads/firefox/useragentswitcher.xml and click on ok.
After that select Tools->Default User Agent->Browsers Windows->Chrome 28 (or Chrome 32)
Youtube Videos should now load completely. Unfortunately this method has the side effect of making all the icons on the player invisible (you can still click on them though).

teleguy, thanks for answers but i have anothers :)
Why did not exist this problem 3 years ago? Is it new policy of youtube? And, Do you have same problem with me ? Or i am the only person?
And, how do you notice that i use html5 instead of flash? How did you understand it?
Also, i installed adobe flash player but same problem with this:
http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2q9w00p&s=8#.U3qtSNJ_vJI
lost part again...
"Why did not exist this problem 3 years ago? Is it new policy of youtube?"
It's a change on Youtube's end. IIRC they said the reason is to conserve bandwidth. Youtube claimed that a lot of people waited until they had the complete video in the buffer but then didn't even watch it. I don't know if that works out because now you have to download videos again and again if you want to watch them several times.
"And, Do you have same problem with me ? Or i am the only person?"
I think it applies to everyone.
I totally agree with you. Cant you inform youtube about this situation? They wanted to do some good changes (changing bandwith settings...) we can say ' hey youtube, you wanted to do good changes but it gone bad. It is better to use default, old settings.???
As you said, people now have to download a video again and again if wanting watching again...
And what is IIRC?
And, how do you notice that i use html5 instead of flash? How did you understand it?
IIRC means "If I Recall Correctly".
"And, how do you notice that i use html5 instead of flash? How did you understand it?"
I meant that if you switch from flash to html5, videos should load completely. They do on my computer. Don't they on yours?
Edit: If you rightclick on a video does it say "Info about Adobe Flash" or "Info about HTML5 Videoplayer"?

I looked, it is flash player. CAnt we do anything about this problem? Maybe petition?
