Are you referring to keyconfig? I have it installed and working in TB 24 & 31. How did you install it? (Instructions). Once it's installed, click the Options under Tools/Add-ons/Extensions.

Thank you for this answer. I tried to install keyconfig, in Thunderbird, but now it is not in the list of add-ons in Thunderbird. It is in Firefox and I did install it there. I try to find or make a working shortcut key to send email without using the mouse.
