I don't understand. Are you getting an error message when you try to load that site or are you visiting the site and having problems downloading something?

Thanx for your reply,

After selecting the source to download, I am waiting the website to generating a safe link before I am able to click and go to the download website. But it just spinning. If i use the IE, i am able to download. So, wonder whether there is any security changes on the new version of Mozilla cause i have no problem to download before the update.

The page uses a variety of external resources, so it's possible that those are being blocked by an add-on or for some other reason.

On the page where the little dots go in a circle, could you try reloading with Ctrl+Shift+r to bypass any cached files and see whether that makes a difference?

In case one of your extensions is involved, you also could test the page in Firefox's Safe Mode. That's a standard diagnostic tool to deactivate extensions and some advanced features of Firefox. More info: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode.

You can restart Firefox in Safe Mode using either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" button > Restart with Add-ons Disabled
  • Help menu > Restart with Add-ons Disabled

Not all add-ons are disabled: Flash and other plugins still run

After Firefox shuts down, a small dialog should appear. Click "Start in Safe Mode" (not Reset).

Any difference?
