I am having a problem very similar to others stated. And like the others - the Mozilla 'work around' is not working.

I am currently running Firefox version 33.1.1 on Mac OX Mavericks version 10.9.5. My Dashlane is updated to current version 3.1.2 .

Dashlane works fine in both Chrome and Safari. It worked fine in Firefox, until the introduction of version 31.1 .

Thus, your 'work around', does not work. Dashlane has issued no less than 3 updates in the last couple off days. But no 'healing' for Firefox.

I use Firefox as my Primary browser and in close tandem with Chrome and Safari. If one does not work, it's not a happy day in the office. So .. please find a fix soon.

In CLARIFICATION of my above post: 'Firefox will not enable Dashlane'.

A more precisely rendered phrase would be:

Firefox shows Dashlane as 'enabled', BUT, in fact the add-on has NOT been enabled. It does NOT work! The 'gazelle' remains grayed-out and no 'green-light' is present. As well, information and gazelles remain absent from all login forms. Thus rendering the auto-filling benefit of Dashlane - worthless.

Please FIX!

I had already gone through all of this BEFORE I posted. To my knowledge, I have tried every 'current trick' to get Firefox to recognize Dashlane, with no positive results. Thanks for the quick reply.

I have not gone to Dashlane .. as it appears to be a Firefox problem. Since Dashlane , of the same version, works fine in both Safari and Chrome.

Thank you again ..
