How do I configure my reply when I am the "bcc" to make sure that only the sender receives my reply and nobody else?

I want to make sure that when I receive an email message as a "bcc" that when I reply the person that sent bcc'd me on the email is the ONLY one that gets my reply.

You delete all the other addressees.

Or maybe use "Reply Sender". Right-click should offer this.

I was looking for a safeguard type change that would be global and not requiring me to deal with individual emails.
