I am running FIrefox 40, WIndows 10. I have already tired disabling hardware acceleration, however the browser is running extremely slow, and when scrolling down the website stutter, glitch and jerk. Anyone else having theses issues?

I turned off web GL as described, but the issue is still there. My graphics card drivers are up to date also.
