I have only the back button. The forward button isn't anymore. But, my problem is that I can't use the back button. It's always grey, and can't select it. I have to use the backspace from the keyboard for going back on web. Could you help me, please, with this problem?

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

I found the solution. It was an extension that was causing the problem. The extension name is WinToFlash Suggestor. Just removed it and restarted Firefox. Now, not only the back button is working again, but the forward button appears again.
