Last week I was able to get the watch espn site to work fine in firefox. Now it just chugs on the loading circle in the pop up window. The only difference is that I updated to the newest version 40.0.3. It works in MS edge. yes I am a comcast subscriber.

Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Shockwave Flash 18.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 11.9 r900
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Flash Player Version 18.0.0.232

Note: Windows users must download the “Internet Explorer” and “Plugin-based browsers” installers.

Issues have been previously linked to the McAfee Site Advisor extension. Try to disable it and see if the problem persists.

To disable it: Type "about:addons" in the Location bar Find the extension and click on its "Disable" button

LastPass is also known to cause issues.

I tried all those things and I still can't get it to play. I did get a message "this game is blacked out in your area" so I assume the problem is in the video streaming.

You should have told us this.

The stream was blocked for whatever reason. The only way to get it is to use a proxy service, maybe.

That was just on one game. I can't get any of the games on any sport to work.
