Hi everyone, Uploading photos on Facebook and Hotmail keep failing despite changing the format and size of the photos. It's been ongoing for 2 weeks. I have cleared my cache and network, and troubleshot Firefox using Safe Mode, to no avail. Please help!

Someone has replied to my plea for help on this issue by asking a question but I can't find how to f reply to them. I'm using Internet Explorer to send pictures and post pics onto FB. It's something to do with Adobe Flash player. Firefox doesn't like it but I've checked Firefox tools and it should be enabled.

hi, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.

It is possible that security (Anti-Virus, firewall) is causing problems. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that has effect.
