Wishing to use "pocket" I attempted to sign in but had forgotten my password. Clicked to receive an email with instructions how to reset. The email advised me to continue within the next hour, and to follow the link and "Press the button" What button ? Tried every thing. So where is it ?

Is this about Pocket or about Sync, since your question is tagged as Sync in the System Details list?

Did you click the link in that email?

Most such mails are only valid for a short period, so you may have to try again if it doesn't work. There is likely some button on the page to confirm your new password.

Murphymop said there was no link in the email, that's the basic problem. I am having the same problem today just trying to sign in on support and I can tell you there is no link and I've dragged my cursor all over the email.

This reset issue seems to be occurring for any Fire fox support or account login. It's a simple problem to understand, but what is the solution? I guess a bug report is probably the real answer.

I suggest reading the problem before answering. I guess these answers rack up your solution count.
