I am so frustrated! I did an Adobe update and then a couple mornings later I got a message when I opened firefox that said it needed to update so I did. My computer started to freeze and would not unlock. I had to shut my computer completely off a few times to get it to clear. I finally deleted all mozilla and adobe programs and loaded firefox again - and I'm still having the same problem. I love my firefox and do not want to use another search engine. Did I download the wrong program? It had a Norton clearance? Thanks for help!

hi, we did not release an update to firefox yesterday - did you see something that looked similar to this: I found a fake Firefox update? if yes, and you executed that malware, please next to the security software already in place, run a scan with various other security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.
