Since I updated to 52.x I'm getting audio alerts when email arrives. How do I turn that off? Files | Preferences | General says "Alerts and the default sound can be disabled on the Notification pane of System Preferences," but I'm stumped finding that. (A link here would be great!)

That is not a Firefox option. It could be one of your add-ons.

If you are using Thunderbird, check its options.
