You should do that through Group Policy, rather than on any individual client configuration.

A group policy overrides settings on an individual client and the standard users can't change it, not having proper privileges for them to do so.

Excuse me, but if you're doing this on your home PC, I don't understand why bother.

I do believe it's a question you should ask developers, because it would imply creating personalized APIs.

I'm not exactly a developer here.
