Hi Pkshadow , at the moment i have the Beta 57.0b13 which i switched to from 56.0.2 to see if it made a difference . But no i still see extremely slow speeds shown using http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ but with speedtest.net it shows speed as it should be , as does the https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest

the wierd thing is the BT test works fine with other browsers , and its the same with or without Ublock origin running . the only add on i use .

i have all the latest drivers installed with win10 pro 1709 build 16299.19

BT test uses flash which I would consider a bad sign. I would suggest https://speedof.me/ or http://testmy.net if you want a site that does'nt require flash or Java.

Hi yes , i understand the Flash , But when i have a problem with slow internet , Its the BT test you have to Use as it saves the test results against you phone number of your line . so when the engineer looks he can see your previous tests , helps with diagnosis .

So if its found that the slowdowns are due to Firefox i may possibly be charged cash for wasting engineer time . see snipps below both tests done one after other

If I do speed tests using BT my results are incorrect as well. On another note, Chrome blocks the detection of flash on that website. So please ask BT to move out of flash or we have to use Edge when reporting issues to BT to not be charged for incorrect issues.

I don't know how this can be solved so I would leave the issue for someone more experienced.
