Almost overnight Firefox has stopped playing Netflix. If I try to watch something, there is audio but only a black screen. If I go into options and toggle Play DRM Content, Netflix stops playing and gives me Error Code F7361-1253. I haven't changed anything on my laptop recently,so I'm not sure what is going on with this.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues. Nothing, so am guessing...

Netflix Error F7361-1253. If you experience the error code F7361-1253 on your computer, it typically points to a connectivity issue. Follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue. https://help.netflix.com/en/node/40988

Please update your video card drivers. If info was turned on I could name the card and give you the URL but... Need to Update please. Old Drivers Cause issues as do corrupted ones.

Since your showing your running version 56.0 which is probably not correct as info is not turned...please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. Then update to Firefox 57 Quantum Full Version Installer https://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Mozilla-Firefox-for-Windows/1032985422/1 site gets file a day before goes up on Mozilla Servers, used site for 20yrs. Note : Legacy Extensions will be disabled and or removed.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
