Windows 10 did a major upgrade yesterday which took all morning. All shortcuts had disappeared from desktop & taskbar. Found Thunderbird, opened it to find a brand new TB with no knowledge us; emails, addresses etc. How do I reverse this process? I also found no System Restore Points after this upgrade!
