I have FF 60.0.2 (32 bit) installed on Windows 7 (32-bit). When I try to open Mozilla profile manager using the command "firefox.exe -P", it does not get opened. However, I can see its process in the Windows task manager. I don't have any problems launching FF manually. I need to create a new profile, but I no longer see the profile manager.

What can be the problem?

Note: I had closed the FF process before running the "firefox.exe -P" command, but Profile manager didn't open.

Please advise

What's your Firefox version?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
